Our Story

The Lodge is a premier assisted living facility in Fayette, Missouri, proudly serving the surrounding area since 2013. Created with the vision of offering compassionate, comfortable, and dignified care, The Lodge was founded after its owner witnessed firsthand the challenges her grandmother faced in another facility. She believed care could be better—more personal, more welcoming, and more attentive. That belief became the foundation for The Lodge, a place where residents feel at home and families feel confident their loved ones are truly cared for.

From the beginning, The Lodge has been designed as a retreat-style environment rather than a traditional institutional setting. Every detail—from the warm layout to the personalized services—reflects a commitment to creating a nurturing, home-like atmosphere. As a locally owned and operated facility, The Lodge values relationships. Staff, residents, and families quickly get to know each other by first name, fostering a genuine sense of community and belonging.

Residents enjoy a wide range of amenities and activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being. Weekly hair salon services, crafts, bingo, domino games three times a week, music sessions, and two church services per month help residents stay engaged, active, and connected. Chair exercises encourage gentle movement, while specialty home health care ensures that residents have access to additional support when needed.

The Lodge also makes health and medical support convenient through in-facility medical doctor visits and specialist visits, reducing the stress and transportation challenges that often accompany healthcare appointments. With private and semi-private rooms available—each with an attached bathroom—residents enjoy privacy and comfort. The facility is fully handicap accessible with an accessible entrance, parking lot, and thoughtful layout to ensure safety and mobility for every resident.
